Orbit Audit Suite — Claude Code Plugin

Plugin Privacy Policy

This plugin collects zero data.

No analytics, no telemetry, no network requests, no cookies, no local storage. Orbit Audit Suite is a set of Markdown files — it contains no executable code of any kind.

What the plugin does

Orbit Audit Suite is a collection of Markdown skill files that Claude Code reads as prompts. Each skill defines an expert engineering perspective — design, accessibility, performance, production readiness, and more. The plugin contains zero executable code: no scripts, no hooks, no MCP servers, no binaries.

Data collection

None. This plugin does not collect analytics, telemetry, usage data, crash reports, or any other information. There are no network requests, no cookies, no local storage access, and no credential access of any kind.

Data processing

All processing occurs locally within your Claude Code session. When you invoke a skill, Claude Code reads the Markdown file and uses it as context for its response. No data leaves your machine via this plugin.

Third-party services

None. The plugin makes no external connections, no API calls, and has no integrations with third-party services. It is entirely self-contained.

File system access

The plugin reads its own skill files from the plugin directory. Audit output files are written to your project directory by Claude Code itself — not by the plugin. The plugin does not read, write, or modify any files outside its own directory.

Permissions

No special permissions are required. The plugin operates entirely within the standard Claude Code plugin sandbox.

Open source

The full source code is available at github.com/Recusive/Orbit-plugin under the MIT license. Every skill file is human-readable Markdown — you can inspect exactly what the plugin does before installing it.

Application Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

At Recursive Labs ("we", "us", or "our"), we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use Orbit ("the Service"). Please read this policy carefully. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your email address and authentication credentials. If you sign in using Claude, we receive basic profile information from Anthropic.

Usage Data

We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including features used, time spent, actions taken, and general usage patterns. This helps us improve the product and user experience.

Device Information

We collect information about the device you use to access the Service, including device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, and crash data. This helps us optimize performance and troubleshoot issues.

Code and Project Data

Your code and projects are stored locally on your device. We do not upload, store, or have access to your source code on our servers. Code is only transmitted when you use AI features, and only the relevant context is sent to Anthropic's API.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to: • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service • Process transactions and send related information • Send technical notices, updates, and support messages • Respond to your comments, questions, and customer service requests • Monitor and analyze usage trends to improve user experience • Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent or unauthorized activity • Personalize and improve your experience with the Service • Comply with legal obligations

4. AI Features and Data Transmission

When you use AI-powered features in Orbit, relevant portions of your code, prompts, and context are transmitted to Anthropic's Claude API to generate responses. We do not store this transmitted data on our servers. Anthropic's privacy policy: https://www.anthropic.com/privacy You can control which AI features you use. When using your own API key (BYOK), data is transmitted directly to Anthropic under your account.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances: • Service Providers: With third-party vendors who help us operate the Service (analytics, infrastructure) • Legal Requirements: When required by law, subpoena, or other legal process • Protection of Rights: To protect the rights, property, or safety of Recursive Labs, our users, or others • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets • With Your Consent: When you have given us explicit permission to share your information

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. This includes encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security assessments. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the Service. We may retain certain information for longer periods as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as fraud prevention or dispute resolution. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at hello@recursive.ac.

9. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to collect usage information and improve the Service. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling cookies may affect functionality. We use: • Essential cookies for authentication and security • Analytics cookies to understand usage patterns • Preference cookies to remember your settings

10. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. These countries may have different data protection laws. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for international transfers, including standard contractual clauses where applicable.

11. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
